Soulistic Healing is an online community for women who want a supportive and safe space to guide them on their healing journey. From guided meditations to Pilates-inspired routines, our video library is filled with resources designed to help you heal mind, body, and spirit.

My name is Cait, and I’m the creator of this magical community! After a lifetime of negative self-talk, anxiety, and depression I found myself in a really dark place and I had no idea how to get out. I decided to take things in my own hands and learn how to heal.


I tried everything from meditations, reiki, breathwork, journaling, EFT- you name it! Once I finally learned the tools to support myself, things started getting better. It was so empowering to realize that I had the ability to heal myself, I just had to learn the right tools!


The journey of self-healing can feel very isolating and overwhelming, and that’s why I decided to start this community. I use my experience as a dancer, Pilates instructor, and Reiki master to empower you with the tools to heal mind, body, and spirit.

The mind is a powerful tool, and through guided meditations, EFT, and journal prompts we can rewire your limiting beliefs and replace them with an uplifting, positive mindset.

BODY

Using my experience as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor, I bring you accessible and enjoyable movement practices. The goal isn't to look a certain way- but rather to reconnect with your body through movement.

SPIRIT

As a Reiki Master, I use my knowledge to teach you how to cleanse, protect, and balance your energy through Reiki, visualization exercises,

and rituals.

EFT (Tapping)

Emotional Freedom Technique is designed to help you overcome your limiting beliefs. Tapping on various meridian points releases stagnant energy and combining this with verbal affirmations make this practice powerful AF!

Pilates + Movement

Whether you’re looking for a low-impact workout or a gentle stretch routine, I utilize self-massage, Pilates, and stretching techniques to create routines that are not only good for your body but feel good too!

Energy Work + Rituals

Our spiritual hygiene is just as important as our physical! Practices like manifestation and release rituals, self-reiki, oracle readings, and more will help you tune into your intuition and connect with your highest self.
